View Meeting Record: June 2025 General MeetingThe meeting advanced discussion on the 2025 scholarship framework, deferred Spelling Bee Season 2, reviewed member welfare, began planning a proposed December 2025 Homecoming, explored an agricultural initiative and retained the Group A–F naming structure.
The meeting reviewed financial and membership participation, received Welfare, Project and Social Committee updates, reaffirmed the Group A–F hosting structure and set 2025 priorities including tertiary scholarships and Spelling Bee Season 2.
The meeting consolidated the August 2024 reforms, confirmed Group B’s hosting compliance, adopted a 30-minute settling-in period for physical meetings, advanced the 2024 Back-to-School Project, approved CAC regularisation and reshaped the year-end and Homecoming plans.
Held during the 8th anniversary month, the meeting strengthened the Group A–F hosting model, reaffirmed attendance expectations, adopted constitutional and membership resolutions for 2024/2025, approved a member-data update and set the 2024/2025 project pipeline.
Our periodic Homecoming brings the Class of 1998 together for service, fellowship, sports, Association business and celebration.
