Scholarships & Educational Advancement
Education has always been at the heart of FGSCAA’s work, from exam-form sponsorships and back-to-school support to tertiary scholarships for graduates of our alma mater.
The Scholarships & Educational Advancement programme sets out an approved institutional framework to extend that commitment in a structured, accountable way.
Programme commencement: 1 January 2027
Scholarship applications are not yet open. Award availability, funding, eligibility and application dates will be announced following the necessary approvals.
Approved Framework
Scholarship Categories
The framework provides for seven approved scholarship categories.
Category 1
Academic Excellence
Recognising outstanding academic performance and potential.
Category 2
STEM Excellence
Encouraging achievement in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
Category 3
Education Access
Helping capable students overcome barriers to continuing their education.
Category 4
Leadership & Community Service
Recognising students who demonstrate leadership and service to others.
Category 5
Girls in Education
Advancing educational opportunity and achievement for girls.
Category 6
Creative & Technical Talent
Supporting talent in creative, vocational and technical fields.
Category 7
Alumni Legacy & Memorial
Scholarships established to honour classmates, teachers and loved ones.
Award amounts, the number of awards and the criteria for each category have not yet been announced.
