Select the annual dues you are paying, review your summary and pay by direct bank transfer to the Association’s approved dues account.

Recommended Transfer Narration
Use your surname followed by DUES as the transfer narration.
Example:AZONOBO DUES
If you are paying Welfare Dues only, you may use your surname followed by WELFARE.
Confirm Your Dues Payment
After making your bank transfer, complete and submit this form so the FGSCAA Secretariat can match your payment to your membership record and verify the transaction.
Submission of this form does not itself confirm payment. An official receipt will be issued after the Secretariat verifies the transfer.

Membership Dues and Donations Are Different
Membership and welfare dues are member obligations approved within the Association’s membership framework.
Voluntary donations, sponsorships, in-kind support and other contributions are handled separately through the Support Us page.
