About Membership
FGSCAA brings together graduates of Festac Grammar School from the Class of 1998 to stay connected, support one another and contribute to the development of our school and wider community.
Membership is governed by the Association’s Constitution, Bylaws and approved membership process.
Membership Application Requirements
Eligible applicants should be prepared to provide:
- Full name and contact information
- Proof of graduation from Festac Grammar School in 1998
- Two references from active FGSCAA members
- Any applicable membership application fee determined by the Board
Membership applications are subject to verification and approval by the Board.
Membership Application Process
New membership follows a clear and transparent process.
Step 1: Enquiry / Expression of Interest
Submit a membership enquiry through the Contact page or the membership enquiry route.
Enquire About MembershipStep 2: Review & Verification
Your details, Class of 1998 eligibility and supporting information are reviewed under the Association’s approved membership process.
Step 3: Board Review & Approval
Eligible applications are considered by the Board in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws.
The constitutional process provides for applications to be approved or rejected within 60 days.
Step 4: Application / Onboarding Link
Once approved, the applicant may be provided with the appropriate membership application, induction or onboarding link.
Step 5: Welcome to My FGSCAA
Approved members are inducted and may then receive access to My FGSCAA and other member-only resources.
Induction: Approved new members may be inducted at the next General Meeting or through an approved electronic process where a meeting is not imminent.

Membership Responsibilities
FGSCAA membership also carries responsibilities. Members are expected to support the objectives of the Association, participate in its activities, uphold the Constitution and Code of Conduct, and meet approved financial obligations such as annual dues and lawful assessments.
Member Participation
Active members in good standing may participate in General Meetings, vote on eligible Association matters, access approved member services and receive official publications and notices, subject to the Constitution.
