Historical Context
On 25 April 2026 a Special General Meeting at Festac Grammar School unanimously ratified the restated Constitution and began the transition to a new Executive Committee.
The Trustee governance reforms were ratified at the Virtual AGM on 27 June 2026 and took effect from 1 July 2026.
