Background
Institutional Context
Five weeks earlier, at the inaugural meeting of 20 March 2016, members had begun establishing the Association’s governance framework and had identified what became known as Project A, focusing attention on the deteriorated Junior Secondary School block.
The visitation was the Association’s first formal engagement with the school’s administration. Its purpose was institutional: to introduce FGSCAA to school leadership and to open a structured relationship with the alma mater.
